I've used this service 3 times with my 22 month old daughter and have always found the staff friendly. As a family we were all looked after kept informed and they were all fantastic with my daughter. You often only see negative comments but despite staff being busy I only ever witnessed them doing their best. It's a fantastic unit and I feel very lucky to have this service on my doorstep. Keep up the fantastic work.
