"Fantastic nurses and Doctors, shame about the..."

My son has been a bit of a regular at BCH since his birth, the A&E staff are fantastic and verry friendly and most of them will remember your face after one visit. They take time to make sure you understand everything, and that your comfortable to take your child home. The Nurses and ward 10 in particulate and the best Nurses I've ever come across, aswell as the support staff Annamarie in paticulare made my sons stay so welcoming that now when he see's anyone who resembles her he says hello. It's just a shame that the arrogance and stubbornness of one doctor makes me wish I could change hospital, and despite asking that she have nothing to do with my son, for some reason she still was. That makes me wish I could change hospital as I know other parents have felt the same that when you see her you can't help but feel angry, they way she talks to parents is the same as she talks to a 5 year old. She doesn't know how to apologise and won't take criticism or questions. This doctor is the most pompous doctor I have come across and a clear stain an gain BCH, it's a shame the nurses are wonderful and clearly passionate.
