Reception was very efficient. Although my consultant was unavoidably delayed at Treliske we waiting patients were kept informed and when he did arrive there was no delay in starting. I was particularly impressed by his clear explanation of what might be causing my problem and the speed with which I had x-rays taken and examined to confirm the diagnosis. The clinic nurse was both efficient and kind. All in all an excellent NHS experience
