About: The Royal London Hospital

Stayed for just under a week after a fall and head injury. Lack of communication between nurses and doctors seemed apparent but service was excellent. Nurses ensures hygiene levels met well.

Thank you so much for taking the time to make a comment about the Neurology department at The Royal London Hospital, Barts Health NHS Trust. We appreciate all feedback and plans are already underway in regard to communication between doctors and nurses. Board rounds have been introduced where the team comes together regularly to provide updates on patient care plans and progress. We will monitor this carefully to assess the impact this has on improved communications among the team. Lucie Butler Director of Nursing, ECAM
