About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary

Although most of the staff where excellent. I encountered a couple who where very rude and abrupt, especially one, when I was enquiring about some possible help on leaving.If I had seen her name I would have reported her. ward s11.Also I think the system where you are brought in,left in a room,sent to the toilet to put on a theatre gown ,you're stockings shoved on an then loaded on a trolley like a parcel. (apperently no beds)was pretty disgusting, ward 21 staff did their best. Not impressed. However operation and ward s11 excellent .

We would like to assure you that your comments about that small minority of staff and their behaviour have been passed on to the relevant management teams and will be investigated. We are pleased that a large part of your stay was positive and again, that will be fedback to the relevant staff in due course.
