communication.it would have made me feel more confident if the doctors and nurses knew what i was there for.even on visits since lack of information available to me concerning my treatment or what seems to be the lack of it

when i had to be admitted to scunthorpe i was put on a ward 3 doctors came to see me during the morning not 1 was aware i had been admitted 2 weeks earlier with a heart attack during my stay i was asked if and what medication i was taking,my wife was asked to bring in pills they said they did not have.when telling the nurses about difficulty to breathe nothing was done i found most of the staff to have a dont care attitude that does not fill you with confidence even to the stage of a nurse having 4 attempts to draw blood before going to get someone else to try
