There is no effective communication between staff and patients, It appears that patients are disbelieved when they dont comply, even when patients and then relatives raise the same concern, the relatives opinion is discounted and not in my opinion taken into consideration. Just because this is a mental health hospital and the inpatients have some complex mental health needs this does not lesson their human right for proper health care, and to be disbelived when they feel that their medical health is declining. You can never get through to the ward have been on hold or an endless ringing phone for 2 hours today, cant get access to consultants or doctor regarding patient care. where is the CQC involvement here?
