What I liked

The speed with which my surgery was scheduled and the information from the consultant and his staff. The excellent Theatre team (I was scared stiff of the aneasthetic) and the Day Case ward staff.

What could be improved

The pillow case on the bed had to be replaced as it was marked. This should have been spotted prior to my admittance. The nurse looking after me changed it with a cheery smile and an apology.

Anything else?

Would be nice if you could be seen by the same consultant in clinic. However, whoever I have seen has been friendly and happy to explain or go over my treatment as necessary.
