What could be improved

I had an appointment for a scan in maternity at 9:45 and an hour later still had not been seen people who were also there for scans and arrived after me got seen straight away i understand that they may have been busy but i was never even told that they were sorry about the wait i don't agree with racism but all the patients who arrived after me where foreign and it seemed that the nurses didn't want them to wait in case they used the racism excuse i feel that because i was English they just expected me to wait.I asked the nurse how long it would be for my wait and she didn't even acknowledge me.It is my first pregnancy and i was concerned and needed reassurance but all i got was attitude i left without been seen and will not be going back there again.
