"september 2014 male paitent.. rude and..."

My partner was reasonally staying in due to an car accident. The night staff in his ward were extremely rude and did not want to speak to family or explain to the paicent on what they were doing. Also during the day three of the staff lingered around taking blood pressure speaking about fellow staff at each paitents beds with out saying a word to them.. when they checked my partners they had to redo it because they were to busy gossiping to read it correctly. Very bad infront of visitors!! Ane were great.. He was in needham ward.
