I have never been to a hospital as dirty as Whipps Cross Hospital. I have heard so many people complaining about it and I didn't realise how bad it was until I went. Floors have blood stains, toilets are disgusting, I found a urine pot in the toilet area. Some staff are rude. Some staff don't explain anything and so what's the point of having them. I am so disappointed in that hospital. Something needs to be done.
