"I have never been seen on time"

I have been having treatment in the Urology Day Services Dept. for 5 weeks now.
I have never been seen on time, usually 15 mins late, but two weeks ago it was one hour, today it was 45 min.
Staff said it was because they were on their own, all day and the morning clinic had overrun by one hour.
