Dialled 111 ambulance called by operator who was very nice , ambulance crew lovely. And the doctor who looked after me was a very nice young man. The whole thing looked like chaos but somehow it all worked well from 1st getting in there to xrays, scans, bloods etc. No idea how it all works and everyone knows what to do but it did. Thanks guys.
