About: City Hospital (Birmingham)

Worst hospital in birmingham. No organisation with their doctors or appointments. Always behind schedule on notes of patient so waiting on appointments for follow ups or X-rays take four weeks more than it should. Even if you have an appointment you will wait for over an hour untill you are seen. Constantly transfers to Sandwell and back to city hospital because they don't have everything under one roof and even then there are no notes on the patient.

Thanks for your view and I apologise that it sounds like you have had consistently poor experiences. You are right that we work across two sites, hopefully only until the new single acute site opens in 2018/19, but that certainly does not mean we have incomplete notes.
