"Orthopaedics / Dalton Ward"

Just returned home from bilat hip replacement. What a top place. The pre op assessments were well organised coherent and thorough. When there were glitches there were appropriate explanations and apologies. The Consultant, Surgeon and Anaesthetist were top class. Most ward staff were very good and those that weren't were excellent. I had little appetite but food seemed ok. One little tip for caterers - putting the little packets of butter on top of hot toast is not a good idea!
