Despite the late hour, all the staff who saw me were friendly, positive and very caring. I couldn't have received better service from all the staff (nurses, porters, reception staff and doctors) who ensured I was assessed, x-rayed and sent on my way with a pair of crutches within a really reasonable time. The only improvement would be to have a better drop off area outside the department.
