"Superb Service"

About: Halton Hospital

I attended the Minor Injuries Unit on a Saturday afternoon after turning my ankle on the golf course. I was seen by the Nurse Practioner, sent for X Ray. The results were discussed with me, my ankle strapped, and advised on my future treatment. Total time spent in the Unit 3 hours. Twelve days later I attended the Fracture Clinic, my ankle was examined and I was given advise on my future treatment and a sheet of exercises. Time for this appointment 20 minutes. Thank you, I would recomend the Halton Minor Injuries Unit, a first class example of out NHS service. Brian Potter.
