"Appointment cancelled without notice "

About: The Royal Liverpool University Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a volunteer/advocate),

I went to St Paul's Eye Clinic at the Royal. When I got there I was told there was no doctor there, so the appointment couldn't go ahead, and was told to go home and that a new appointment would be made. It would have saved me a journey if I'd been told beforehand.
