"Administrative errors at Lancaster"

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

(as the patient),

Basically loss of documentation, waiting too long to get an appointment (illness got worse). Catalogue of administrative errors and continuous lack of information as to when treatment as an outpatient at the local hospital will be available.

This happens continuously that I have given up with treatment and have gone on long term incapacity and disability living allowance as I am no longer fit to work.

If I could get some treatment I could probably return to work, but due to the appalling service provided by the Lancaster health authority I am now no longer able to work.
