Absolutely disgusted with the hospital. Leaving someone seriously ill and not helping her!! Very unlikely I'll be coming back to this hospital!!

I am very sorry to hear that your recent experience with us wasn't what you expected as we always strive to deliver safe, personal & effective care; and it would be really useful if we could talk through the visit to us with one of our Patient Experience team so we can understand the bits of the experience that made this such a poor visit for your relative/ friend.
