I have been into West Suffolk hospital several times - at least 8 during the past few years - having treatment for heart, cataracts and accidents.
On every occasion I have been treated promptly, courteously, efficiently and friendly.
I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff there, who are a credit to their profession. Long may this hospital continue to serve this area of East Anglia.
