"Upset and abandoned"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Told there was nothing wrong with me after a car accident despite extreme agony. Stayed in over night and overheard nurses talking about me and other patients. Now 6 months later I am still in pain and disfigured. Waiting for appointment with consultant who is 'behind with their list' Feel very upset and abandoned.
