"triage a complete joke"

Been waiting with my son for 3 hrs, nurses keep going into the same room for a chat, all of them have taken turns coming out of the room with folders and repeatedly calling out for people that are not waiting, nobody is being actually treated, some people have been in and out of four different rooms without any treatment, everyone is getting angry. My son was sent to the hospital to be seen, she called the hospital and gave him a letter with explaining her conversations, the receptionist said ,, you tell me so I don't have to bother to open it, 3hrs on he still has the unopened letter and nobody has even spoken to him!
