During my five day stay on Ward 6 at Ninewells, and with no family/friends nearby to visit during a time when you wanted your family/friends around, I could not have been more pleased with the nursing staff making time for me.
A member of nursing staff myself, I realised that staff were under pressure and I could not have been more happy that they went the extra mile to make time and sit down and have a talk with me, when they should have been doing other work, it was at this lonely time, I appreciated the excellent care and time given.
