"Disappointed by treatment"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

(as the patient),

You left me withering around in agony in a and e for 3 hours and I didnt see no one. I was about to call an ambulance at home but called nhs direct who got me in contact with the fracture clinic at east surrey who booked me in for tomorrow. I am really dissapointed and was treated very badly but the reception staff
