Dear Sir/ Madam, I'm sorry to hear that your daughter has been unwell. Thank you for finding the time to give this lovely feedback to the ward 5 team at Wansbeck. As a Trust we want to get an excellent reputation for delivering care that is always safe, high in quality and caring above all - we know our patients and families will be the best judges of whether we're getting this right.
