About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

An excellent clinic when you are there in person (my wife was the patient), but virtually impossible to get in contact with them by telephone. We have been trying for 3 days and the phone has never been answered.

Dear Reviewer It’s great you have found the clinic to be excellent, but clearly getting through to the service is a problem. Steps have been taken to improve in that respect, however more needs to be done. The service is very much aware of this and is very sorry for the problems you experienced.
