Fantastic care / Admitted midday Saturday and left midday Thursday 18th September. Everyone was great / Met all levels of seniority over 6 days in ward ...All would introduce themselves and fully explain any treatment they were taking that day. I collapsed one evening approximately 21.30 and 10 staff were round me within 30 seconds including registrar and senior nurses / Always felt so safe. Any changes of personnel would have their names on board round the bed so you always knew by christian name who was in charge at a particular time. Doctors would visit close on 10.00 a.m each morning and fully explained everything. Enjoyed food . Previously i did not drink sufficient water during the day but with the perseverance of one Nurse I am now drinking 2 litres every day. Well done Burton Ward / Credit to NHS. i have already booked Burton ward if I am taken ill again .
