My mother came from Shrewsbury hospital after treatment to be built up to go home. She was allowed to go down hill will little or no treatment. She came out of Ludlow with a urine infection , anaemic and water retention in her upper and lower part of the body. She was so ill that we had to have the doctor visit her when she arrived home and also the paramedic had to attend both these professional bodies could not understand why she had been allowed to come out in this state. While in hospital the red tray system did not work on the food diet sheet anything was being put down, witnessed by myself and other members of the family. Notes had not been up dated and her clothes including underwear had not been changed for 4 days.
"would not allow any of my family to go to this..."
