About: Florence Nightingale Community Hospital

I had been referred to the department for the first part of rehab for my knee. This will take a long time. But I have no doubt without the physio I would not have the mobility as I didn't think I would get it. Also issues I thought would be forever she got me to train and get them out of my knee. But you only get out what you put in! Yeah it hurts but it's worth it. So thanks to the physio!!!
