I went to wansbeck to have my baby and I will not be going there next time the staff were rude and tslk tp each other leaving me no where different staff said different one midwife said my baby cause shes early needed the heater which she set up and another came in and switched it off my babyd heart kept dropping and I yold them I needed to push I was told no in a hout mydaughter came out blue I was shocked luckly she was fine but could not of been yhe staff need to ccommunicate and learn bed manners as I found this lacked

Dear Madam I am so sorry that your experience of care at maternity has not been what we would expect for any expectant mum who has chosen to have her baby with us. It is never acceptable for a member of staff to be rude to any patient at any time and I am very sorry that this was your experience. It is so important that our patients feel truly cared for and involved in each and every stage of their care and I am sad that you have felt so let down by us on this occasion. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback - it is very important to us. I hope you and your little girl are both doing well. Best Wishes Annie
