This was my first visit as a driver to the hospital, so was not aware of the highly restrictive nature of your parking admin.
I was on crutches so could not use alternative transport arrangements or park further away.
I went to pay for a ticket, but did not have £3 in loose change.
Your system offers no other alternatives: no pay by card; no pay by banknote; no pay by phone
There is no change machine.
Nor any nearby shops to obtain change.
What on earth was I meant to do?
So you gave me a ticket.
Seems somewhat unfair.
