"Out patient appointment"

I visited the trauma department for a new patient appointment this afternoon.I was seen before my appointment time everything explained to me the Dr ordered an X-Ray I then went back to the clinic when I was seen again very quickly I had to have a physio appt which I have for next week . I left the hospital after 40 minutes very satisfied. Well done couldn't have had better treatment if I had gone private which I have done for many years thank you.
