"excruciating back pain and the doctor"

From the moment I arrived at A&e unable to walk properly and crying with the pain I was treated so well. The staff were kind considerate and patient from the start. I was put under the medical team and admitted to a ward. Took a few hours to get a bed but I was cared for and looked after by the A&e staff, especially so by the doctor who came to examine and admit me. His manner was comforting and caring as well as extremely professional. I was taken to medical 9 and there was not one member of staff that I could fault. They were all lively, even the guys that came in to clean would say hello. The tea ladies would always pass the time of day and all the nursing staff and physios even though they were rushed off their feet always made you feel comfortable and cared for. I have to say the doctor has to be one of the nicest focuses I have met. He was helpful beyond words, comforting and explained everything from start to finish. I was discharged today but feel safe and confident know I g that if I get worse I can go back to the hospital. Thank you for everything guys xxx
