"What a great department"

I visited Mexborough Minor Injuries Unit after spending 4 hours the night before in A and E at DRI and still not being seen. I saw Mexborough had an injuries unit and therefore attended there. All I can say is how positive I found the experience. I was feeling quite low about the NHS from the night before but a member of staff at Mexborough restored my faith! She couldn't have been more helpful. She was so caring, friendly, attentive and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Thank you.
