I had a fall whilst on holiday in Warkworth and hurt my ribs. I went to the minor injuries today and all members of staff were amazing. I was seen promptly by a lovely nurse (and student) who made me feel immediately at ease. I was given a full examination and was assured I hadn't broken any ribs. I was then given lots of very helpful information about what to do for the next few days. I cannot thank them enough for their friendly caring attention. It was lovely to be treat like a person and not just another person in the waiting room. Keep up the good work Alnwick you're a winner. Eleanor Bouch
