Sleep Apnoea and Narcolepsy do not seem to be covered here.
Sleep is an underfunded area and many GPs have maybe 15 minutes on 'Sleep' during their training. Only 30% of sufferers of SA are diagnosed and it is less with Narcolepsy. Both conditions severely affect quality of life and lead to long term unemployment.
I spent 3 years with a sleep clinic and was undiagnosed as a Narcoleptic... sorry comment eh? Yet not one comment here in the search mode.
