I had a cataract removed in August this year and cant praise enough the kindness and understanding of the entire staff. Not only with me but every one who was there to have this done, some were scared stiff but I had heard it was a ' piece of cake 'so was pretty relaxed . All nursing staff introduced themselves and told me what they were there for. I was able ,without lying, to go back in the waiting room and tell the remaining patients they had nothing to worry about. Thank you all the staff in there for you total kindness and consideration to everyone. sincerely Janice Smith
