"maternity"

I cant complain about the care I received from 2 people during my stay after having my daughter. My midwife was fantastic. I was gutted I didnt see her b4 I went home and the other assistant who visited the next day whilst I had a shower etc absolutely brilliant!! However the rest of the staff- cleaner wiped my toilet over then continued to clean the rest of the room even the cot with the same cloth and seemed more interested in my conversation with partner than their job. The post natal ward awful! no came and saw me, my daughters obs were late due to midwife trying to discharge people as there was a back log from delivery. The following day my partner had to ask if we were able to go home 5 hours later someone appeared. No one told us where to get breakfast it was in fact another dad who told my partner. Just the little things that can make someones stay a bit more enjoyable- especially during what is meant to be one of the happiest days of your life a little support wouldn't go a miss
