"A&E - weekend of 20th-21st Sept 2014"

I apologise for not recalling any specific names but I wanted to say thank you to all the staff who assisted me and my husband when we visited A&E around 5am on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st Sept 2014. From the levels of consideration given by reception and the initial nurse contact, and by the nurses and the Doctor who came down especially for Gynae so we wouldn't have to wait around for ages. This was a very traumatic time for us both but we were treated with care and respect at all points, and given as much information as was possible at the time and had everything explained as fully as possible with the services that were available over the weekend. I just wanted to say thank you for not making a terrible situation any worse and recognising and respecting the emotional aspect of what was going on.
