"St Luke's, a good experience"

Dear St Lukes I recently took my father to the dermatology unit at your hospital for a minor procedure on Wednesday 10th September (2pm). As he is in his mid 80's I thought it wise to come along and offer him some support. I'd just like you to know that I was highly impressed with the professional and efficient manner in which he was treated. In these times when the NHS often gets criticised (a lot of the time unreasonably) I'd like to say I for one I was ext impressed, you made the visit trouble free and both my father and I really appreciated it.
