"poor communication"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

My last visit to a family member in the ward left me speechless, literally speechless. The two nurses available couldn't communicate properly in English. We had resort to using our hands and pointing things out for them to understand. Communication is one of the most important part of healthcare and you are endangering the life of patients by leaving them in care of people who cannot communicate properly in English.
