"Improvements to scans at Whittington hospital"

I would like to thank the Whittington team for the recent improvements they have made to their scan procedures.

I was pleased by the efficient service when I reported to the reception and impressed with the new system of calling patients for their scan - a vibrating/flashing pager device. The fact that my scan was pretty much on time also made a great difference.

The friendly and reassuring nurses, new quieter MRI scanner and head phones enabling me to listen to the radio, made the experience altogether more pleasant for me.

Keep up these small innovations which make all the difference to patients.
