"My Wife feels like a target"

when attending for her (10th) triage appointment for pain in her shoulder and knee we were told in a very off hand manner that the person conducting the examination was only seeing us because the regular person wasn't available, and they had to meet their targets. This person went on to tell her in a most patronising way that there was nothing that could be done for my wife, even though she is prescribed painkillers and anti inflammatories for her pain. It left us feeling as though we were naughty children being caught out at school.
