What I liked
i gave birth to my first child at this hospital, i found the staff in labour ward quite un-caring and they completely disregarded my birth plan. However the staff on the ward were exceptional. They looked after me and my baby very well, they were caring, polite, cleaners were thorough. One nurse even came in to my room at 3am and offered to help me as i was struggling to breast feed.
What could be improved
The labour ward staff could be a bit more caring and polite, and attentive. and labour ward could be kept a bit cleaner.
Anything else?
I am not fond of hospitals, they make me nervous but overall i would have to say the hospital is exceptional and i will be going there for my second child too!
