"Mr Mike Thomas and his team"

Mr Thomas has been my surgeon for 6 years and he is a great doctor.

I often find it difficult to get hold of him. His previous secretary, Glenys, has been moved on. She was a great secretary and was always able to help me with my problems. She was friendly and often came to visit me when she had a free moment.

I am just getting to know his new secretary, but she seems like a very competant person also.

His team of doctors changes all the time. Just as i get used to one team, it changes.

In particular, his former registrar, Rachel, was a proactive and kind doctor. She tolerated my random worries, and concerns, and always put my mind at rest.

Mr Thomas is a very good surgeon, and he leads his team well. I look forward to operations that are done by him, but am always a bit apprehensive about ones performed by his team.

Though, at times, I have been disappointed if things dont go well, especially after Mr Thomas's optimism. But in general, he is a very calming type of person and always makes me feel better when i have got myself wound up over my medical prognosis.
