I am unfortunate enough to send alot of time in hospitalsat the young age 13 due to the fact my dad had a massive heart attack, my mother had mouth cancer and i also have had my appendix out. I would just like to say that all hospitals i have used in these ocassions have been amazing mainly the Queen Elizibeth (Gateshead), R.V.I (Newcastle upon tyne) and the Freeman hospital also in Newcastle. In 2001 my mother found out she had mouth cancer, which was a massive shock to all of us and the freeman hospital were very supportive to me and my mother and helped us through a very rough time. Just when i thought that was free from going to hospital the same year my father suffered two massive heart attacks in one hour which he would of died from if the ambulance wasnt so quick he would not of survived if he wasnt under the supervision of the paramedics. So i just want to say a big thank you to all the people involved and thank you for giving the britsh public the NHS. David, Gateshead
"Helpful staff."
