"birth at the queen mothers"

About: Queen Mother's Hospital / Maternity care Queen Mother's Hospital / Special Care Baby Unit

(as the patient),

i had my son at the queen mothers hospital in 2007. Labour was ok but afterwards my son got taken to intensive care and then paediatrics and i felt as if i was annoying everyone by asking what was happening with him. i didnt get asked about any tests they did on him i just got told that they had happened. I stayed in hospital for three days and i had to ask to see the doctor everyday no-one was paying me much attention. I ended up just telling the doctor to either discharge me or i would go myself. the only good thing was that they let my husband stay in the hospital with me. but all in all not a particularly good experience.
