All of the staff were very helpful and caring and I had a great experience at the hospital My only problems were that the cutlery wasn't always as clean as possible and the construction downstairs was irritating

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your recent stay on our adolescent ward.

I am pleased to here that the staff treated you so well. I will be passing your comments about the cutlery through to our Patient Experience lead on the adolescent ward for her to monitor.

Luckily for our current patients, the construction you mention has now been completed, but I am sorry you had to listen to this during your stay.
