"My visit to endoscopy dept"

Having to visit endoscopy once a year for the last 20 years . I can only say from my experience that at no time have I had any complaints . Staff have always been excellent helpful always with a big smile . Maybe because they know what i`ve come for (JOKE).. And the tea and biscuits are to die for when you`ve not eaten for a day. The only concern I have is the medication to clean me out I find it horrible but fully understand the need for it. Thanks to my doctor and consultant and all staff present and past for possibly extending my life for 20 years Thank You All Robert Johnson
